COMMENCEMENT

BANKE AKINMEJIWA who welcomed all present formally opened the meeting. She conveyed apologies and greetings from Dewunmi who is unable to attend due to her ACCA lecture that she had to attend that day. She thanked all for coming and it started with a prayer, which was given by Bimbo Adigun who came in a day before from Ibadan.

2. MINUTES

The first and second notice for the meeting was given on 8th and 21st June 2004 respectively which Olubanke Akinmejiwa sent.

Abimbola Adigun arrived from Ibadan a day before and helped in the preparation for the meeting.

Yinka ibitoye was the first to arrive, she got in at about 2.20pm followed by Tola Kayode and fadeke Adegbite who came minutes later.

Funmi Asana called in from Dallas Texas and spoke to all for like 40mins in which she promised coming in next year and wishes us to send her the minutes of the meeting and pictures too.

We talked about the school and the problems they might be undergoing at the moment and maybe delegate some people to go in and check on the welfare of the school so that we can know where we can help in its development.

We shared pictures mostly old ones and also current ones .w talked on what each of us are doing now and how we can help one another when the need comes. Phone numbers of some old friends that others might have seen were exchanged too.

We concluded on having the next one for the first week in August at fadeke Adegbite’s place this time around.

The meeting ended at about 7.30pm pictures were taken and we have fun all the way.

Gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just can’t wait for the next meeting to hold
